There’s not much to know about me. I’m a very simple person.

My name is Ashley and I’ve been playing this highly addictive game as of August of 2007, and as my own personal 2 year anniversary gift, I decided for shits and giggles to start up a blog for a few reasons. As of September 4th I’ll be living in Illinois where I’ll be moving from Florida… and a much needed and greatful change it will be.

From the sticky, humid climates of the south to the cooler, calmer air of the north, I’ll be moving in with my GM, my buddy, my wonderful boyfriend, Steve. A few honorable mentions will by my roommate Tim, who is a PITA but a good guy, and my neighbors, friends, Amber and Josh, with whom I can tell I will be spending a lot of time with, despite how many times Josh threatens to beat Steve because of our little tiffs. =)

I got the idea to write this blog one day at work as I was sitting around bored at my desk about to fall asleep. I love reading the blogs of a few of my guildies, Amber and Kyr, and the idea dawned on my to start one up of my own. Amber and Kyr both are exceptional writers and I love reading thier posts, it always makes my days a little more interesting. You can find Amber at For the Bubbles and Kyr at Casual Hardcore.

From 2 years ago till now my favorite class I feel most passionate about is the druid class, specifically the resto and feral specs. I did PvP during BC as boomkin, but PvE boomkin doesn’t seem to fit me well. About 6 months back, I was given a 65 shaman that I completely and utterly fell in love with. Having a passion for healing, but the love oh melee DPS, her two specs were undoubtedly going to be Resto and Enhancement.

I’ve bounced between a few guilds, my first and longest lasting guild was Fearless. My friend Tyler was the rogue officer, and got me the invite. Unfortunately, a few motnhs before Wrath was released, the guild fell apart due to the lack of interest in the game from core raiders, and a fall out with another guild on the server.

After that I went to a guild called Projekt Shocker, then back to Fearless with the rumors of a reformation for the expansion. I was dreadfully wrong. With the inability to even get a guild Naxx 10, it fell to dust. Then a light at the end of the tunnel led me here in the guild Brotherhood of Oblivion, and how lucky I am. I’ve met so many wonderful people that I can’t even begin to list them all.

Now working in Ulduar 25 content, I’m looking forward to seeing my new friends- no… my new family, progress farther to end game content, and I’m looking farward to making it as enjoyable as possible.
